Our approach stems from our experience of working within sales, sales management, recruitment, lead generation and training – and seeing for ourselves what works and what doesn’t.
Sales management
Our consultants have worked with clients that have ranged from the Ministry of Defence to Rolls Royce. We have developed and delivered training programmes for sales teams, improved motivation to achieve measurable levels of success, been responsible for business development and been actively involved in helping those businesses grow.
Sales training
With experience of media sales, telesales, customer retention and sales management, previous roles have seen our consultants developing and delivering a range of sales training courses to people at all levels, and for companies which include Express Newspapers, Experian and HSBC.
Sales strategy
Our previous roles have given us opportunities to actively develop and implement sales strategies in order to sell products and consultancy services to prestigious clients, including the Department of Education, the Law Society and Siemens Business Services.
Experience at all levels
But we all had to start somewhere, and behind our expertise is a solid background which began at ground level. So we know how call centres work because we’ve worked in them, we’ve been involved at all levels of the sales process, including telesales, appointment making and lead generation - and we’ve learned through experience what works with prospective customers and what doesn’t.
And we’ve taken this experience and turned it into a practical and commonsense approach to all kinds of sales recruitment, sales consultancy and sales training.
