A new approach to sales recruitment
If you have a vacancy for a permanent sales position, it’s likely that you’ll already have a job description. When you send this through to a recruitment consultant, they will probably just flick through their list of current candidates and pick out two or three who loosely seem like a match. We don’t.
Our service is so thorough that before we start, we want to know a lot more about you and your organisation:
- What kind of company do you run? What is the culture? What are the exact requirements foreither your field or internal sales staff?
- Is this a new role or a replacement?
- If you’re replacing someone who is leaving, why are they leaving? Have you conducted an exit interview with them? Can we see the results?
- Have you got a person specification? If not, we’ll help you to create one so that we can get exactly the right personality match for your company.
- Is the job description accurate and up-to-date? If not, we’ll help you create another one.
Once we have all the information we need, we will identify and select candidates who match the role and your company exactly.
And we know they will because we don’t simply filter CVs - we interview our candidates extensively. We’ll have asked them a range of questions about their careers, their lifestyles and their goals so that before you even see their details, we’ll know that they are right for the role.
We believe that it’s the only way to approach sales recruitment.
