Hearing tests are FREE for anyone over the age of 55. If you are under 55 the hearing tests are charged at £25.00 including VAT. However, a discount of £25.00 will be applied to any hearing system purchased from us.

You can have a Free Digital Hearing Assessment and Demonstration in the comfort of your own home or at one of our branches near you - Southampton, Chichester, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Warsash, Bradford.

Nevals Digital Hearing are specialist agents of leading brands such as Siemens, Phonak and GNreSound hearing systems. We also provide service and aftercare for other brands of hearing instruments.
Existing hearing aid users
If you already use hearing aids, private or NHS hearing aids, you are welcome to have your hearing and hearing aids assessed by us for free.
We can give you:
- Free hearing check up
- Hearing aid test to find out if they are working properly
- We can service and repair faulty devices*
- If required we can adjust and update the hearing programs*
*charge may apply, an assessment will be made by your hearing care professional.
Battery Club
We also offer a battery club service. If you register with us we can post your battery orders to you. It is very simple, for £10.00 we will send you 3 packs of 6 batteries (18 in total) including p&p. The average running cost of batteries for 2 hearing aids is £26.00 per year.
